From doubt to better collaboration.
As a team, we’re mostly focused on the work that needs to get done. How things were really going within the team, whether people felt good in their work, and how we collaborated, that I had less of a handle on. But how do you make that visible? Honestly, I had my doubts; the Teamenergy approach sounded a bit abstract, even a little woolly.
The question at the center for me: where exactly does it sit? And what does that ask of me as a leader? The ambition was clear. The question was: are we already functioning as one team?

At the same time, I was looking for a way to bring exactly that into sharper view. The question was: what does this approach really deliver for us in practice?
The Teamenergy approach turned out to be surprisingly valuable. The measurement gave insight into how people feel in their work and how we collaborate with one another. That created more calm, more clarity, and better collaboration within the team.
Insight that helps us steer together.
The measurement gave insight into how people experience their work. In the conversation about the results, it became clear whether the work truly suits them. We also gained a clearer view of one another: where colleagues stand, how the atmosphere is experienced, and whether the workload is healthy.
Those insights in particular proved genuinely helpful to me as a manager, and their effect carries through to the team.
More attention for each other, and better collaboration.
I see colleagues making more time for each other. There’s more listening, not just a focus on tasks and deadlines. Where there used to be little room to align with one another, there’s now more attention for each other’s questions and perspectives.
People step off their own island more often. The collaboration is visibly growing.
Focused improvement with a practical approach.
For me, the Teamenergy approach isn’t a magic bullet, it’s a practical method. It helps you get clear on where the sticking points are and where you, as a team, have influence.
The insights give direction and the information you need to improve in a focused way. You have to put in the work yourself, but at least you know where to begin.
Awareness as the starting point.
The Teamenergy approach has created more understanding and connection within the team. The biggest gain is awareness. It all starts with seeing what’s really going on. If you can’t see the underlying sticking points, you can’t arrive at a solution. That’s why we want to measure again and keep our development visible.
"The Teamenergy approach has helped me steer collaboration and team dynamics more effectively."
